Vestibule training  Apprenticeship
This is an “off the job training” method. A training course or class that simulates or mimics actual job functionality.  Apprenticeship is an “on the job training method”. In On-the-Job training, the workers learn the job while performing it within the actual work environment.
Vestibule training is used for clerical training and semi skill training and it is not much expensive. This type of training is generally given to the people in crafts, trade and technical fields that require a long-term learning before they actually gain the proficiency in their respective disciplines.
Eg :- Cabin crew training of an airliner, hotel kitchen workers training. Eg :- The craftsmen job, mechanic, electrician, plumber, tool maker.
