Can gravity be created in space without mass just by sufficient velocity?

I think it is quite possible! By doing a experiment on mechanism of lift technology. Construct lift like object in space and place an object over it probably will float since there is no gravity in space but when we apply an force in the down ward direction we can observe that the object will go down thus gravity will be created and the object will come down to the surface of lift.If we apply more force the object will have more gravity .I think that the Newton's law of gravitation is wrong! I don't know wheather my opinion is write or wrong.
