(i) - In rural areas, women get lower wages than mens. (ii) - They mostly work in areas where there is no job security. (iii) - Education is one of the factor in which women are discriminated in our country. In India, the literacy rate of women is still lower than men. (iv) - In India, still the mentality of many did not changed . They still prefers sons over daughter. This led to decline in child *** ratio.
