It is not likely to be high when - 1 - when the production cycle of a enterprise is short. 2 - when the enterpriese is not involved in manufacturing unit. 3 - when scale of operation is not large. 4 - when the enterprise has not growth plans. 5 - when enterprise is following capital intensive technique. Hope these points are enough!!?

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth. In the meeting it was decided that there was a need for granting several exemptions to the Business Units already established. Similiarly ,they felt that with a view to setting up new Business Units the young men needed to be encouraged.
