The particular group or anything in which the number of member is more than that group will be refer to majority. Nd.... The particular group in which the number of member is less that will be refer to minority.

The religion which has more number of people in compared to other religion is called as Majority.. i. e HINDU

The religion that has less no. of people in compared to other religion is called as Minority.. i. e MUSLIM
