Henry patullo was a company official about Indian textile.
Henry Patullo anticipated that the petition for Indian textiles could never diminish , reason being that since no other country manufacture goods of the same excellent and quality.
Before the age of machine industry, silk and cotton goods from India dominated the international market in textiles.
Coarser cottons were produced in many countries but the finer varieties often came from India only.
