Treaty of vienna was between austria,russia,prussia and britain. This treaty was signed to restore monarchy in france and as well as to make administrative changes in places which were occupied by Napoleon.

When in1815 powers such as austria;prussia russia etc defeat napolean they signed a treaty of settlement at vienna...hope it will help u
