Because wavelength of blue color is very small and according to Raleigh's criteria Scattering is inversly proportional to fourth power of wavelength. So wavelength is small its scaterrs more so due to this reason sky look blue

Blue light scatters the most in all colours because it travels as shorter, smaller waves. Blue light is scattered in all direction by tiny molecules of air in earth's atmosphere.
