Method is a standing plan and its is a formalised or systematic way of doing routine or repetitive jobs. Method can be defined as the common way of doing a job in advance. Method removes doubt from the minds of employees for doing a job. It brings uniformity in the actions of the employees. It helps in applying the techniques of standardisation and simplification of acts as a guide to employees and specifies the different steps to be done by them. Method helps in saving time, money of thr organisation and increase efficiency of employees. E.g., method of charging depreciation, methods of valuation of stock, method of charging interest etc.

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth. In the meeting it was decided that there was a need for granting several exemptions to the Business Units already established. Similiarly ,they felt that with a view to setting up new Business Units the young men needed to be encouraged. Also it was emphasized in the meeting that the entry of Multinational companies needed to be simplified. Besides, priority was given to relaxing restrictions imposed on Import Business.
