During the early twentieth century many nationalist and leaders found the need to oppose british raj and policy in india;therefore the led many movements along with the people known as national movement. To led the movement they have to be gathered at a place to discuss the actions but due to the rawlatt act anyone who seems to be suspect of opposing british policies would be put in jail without any trial for two years.
