Development for one may be destructive for others. For ex, you are waiting for a autorickshaw. An elctric rickshaw asks you to sit then suddenly an auto rickshaw comes and asks you to sit instead of electric rickshaw. You will definetly sit in auto instead of electric rickshaw as auto is faster than electric one. Hence this is the development of auto driver but his development is destructive for electric driver. This is an elaborated example you can make it shorter for writing in exams. Thankyou
