This iss an easy concept of redox. Mn2o7 , Mn is in highest oxidation state +7 hence it cannot be oxidized more but it can reduce itself hencenut it gains electrons hence we can say it is accepting wlectrons or pair of electrons hence it works as lewis acid In Mn2o3 it is in +3 oxidation state and it oxifizes itself further hence it donates electrons hence work as lewis base
