All the electrons get drifted(means have very slow velocity due to colloiding with other atoms or electron)in the opposite direction of electric field.. jab wo electron acceleration se aata h fir wo collision ke kam ho jaata hai aur use gain hoti hai ek slow velocity called drift velocity
