Wind is an active agent of erosion and deposition in the deserts. In deserts you can see rocks in the shape of mushroom. In the desert winds erode lower part more than the upper that is why spme rocks have narrow base and wider top. When this winds stop they form a small hill like structure this are called sanddunes. Some sand are very light and small,wind carry them at long distancedistance this are called loees
