It is different due to following reasons:..A.it was popular party before or after Independence.popular leaders belonged to this party...B.because of its ideology,they followed democracy and captalism...C.every kind of person like rich or poor,Muslim or Hindu,uper caste or lower caste engaged with Congress(it means that Congress did not discriminate in society...D.There is big role of Congress for Independence..Many national movements were campaigned by them which popularized them.......Thus,Congress was different from other parties
