Mahatma Gandhi took a new khilafat issue. He told that the first world war had ended with the defeat of ottoman empire and khalifa who is the head of islam and he was defeated by europeans. With the help of mauhmad ali and shaukat ali the young muslim leadrs also hel him in the process. These are ways which unifies hindusand muslims.
