Maddie did not ask Peggie to stop teasing Wanda because she was afraid of break in friendiship between Meddie and Peggie . Maddie was best friend of Peggy and Maddie thought that if she ask Peggie to stop teasing Wanda so that their friendship will break and the next target of Peggie is me only .

She did not asked Peggie to stop teasing wanda because Peggie was her bestfriend. She also had the fear that if she stopped then Peggie and other girls make her the next target.
