Volume of a gulab jamun

{tex} = \frac{2}{3}\pi {(1.4)^3} + \pi {(1.4)^2}(2.2) + \frac{2}{3}\pi {(1.4)^3}{/tex}
{tex} = \frac{4}{3}\pi {(1.4)^3} + \pi {(1.4)^2}(2.2){/tex}
{tex} = \pi {(1.4)^2}\left[ {\frac{{4 \times 1.4}}{3} + 2.2} \right]{/tex}
{tex} = \pi (1.96)\left[ {\frac{{5.6 + 6.6}}{3}} \right]{/tex}
{tex} = \frac{{\pi (1.96)(12.2)}}{3}c{m^3}{/tex}
{tex}\therefore {/tex} Volume of 45 gulab jamuns
{tex} = 45 \times \frac{{\pi (1.96)(12.2)}}{3}{/tex}
{tex} = 15\pi (1.96 \times 12.2){/tex}
{tex} = 15 \times \frac{{22}}{7} \times 1.96 \times 12.2{/tex}
{tex} = 15 \times 22 \times 2.8 \times 12.2{/tex}
= 1127.28 cm3
{tex}\therefore {/tex} Volume of syrup
{tex} = 1127.28 \times \frac{{30}}{{100}}{/tex}
= 338.184 cm3
= 338 cm3 (approx.)
