Let initial money be x Then 2/5 of money be 2x/5 According to question:- 2x/5+90=x 2x/5-x=-90 2x-5x/5=-90 -3x/5=-90 -3x=-90×5 x=-450/-3 . . .x=150 Initial amount is 150₹
