The house of Lok Sabha is more powerful than the house of Rajya Sabha as can be seen through the nature of their powers given below. Ordinary law - Any ordinary law needs to be passed by both the Houses. But if there is a difference of opinion between the two Houses, then final decision is taken in a joint session where due to larger number of members, the view of the Lok Sabha is dominating over Rajya Sabha Money matters - Lok Sabha exercises more powers in money matters. If it passes the government budget or any other money bill, then Rajya Sabha cannot reject it. She (Rajya Sabha) can only delay it by 14 days or suggest changes in it but it is up to the Lok Sabha whether to accept or not to accept these changes. Lok Sabha controls the Council of Ministers. The Prime Minister is appointed through the support of majority members in the Lok Sabha. If the majority of the Lok Sabha members say they have ‘no confidence’ in the Council of Ministers, then all ministers including the Prime Minister will have to quit. The Rajya Sabha does not have this power.

Loksabha

Indian parliament consist of two houses: Lok Sabha(House of the people) and Rajya Sabha(council of state). Lok Sabha is more powerful than Rajya Sabha because:
I) It have more members than that of Rajya Sabha.
II) Any Ordinary law needs to be passed by both the houses, but if there is any difference between the two houses, the final decision is taken in a joint session of both the houses. Because of the large number of members, the view of the Lok Sabha is preferred.
III) Lok Sabha exercises more power in any money matter. Once the Lok Sabha passes the budget of the government or anH other money related law, the Rajya Sabha cannot reject it. The Rajya Sabha can delay it by 14 days or suggest changes in it. The Lok Sabha may or may not accept these changes.
IV) The Lok Sabha controls the council of ministers, only a person who enjoys the support of the majority of the Lok Sabha members is appointed as Prime Minister. If the majority of Lok Sabha member say they have 'no Confidence' in the council of ministers. All ministers including Prime Minister have to resign. The Rajya Sabha doesn't have this power.
