Rowlatt was an act implemented on 1919 by the british government Under this act the british can arrest any indian without any reason Most of the indian leaders were arrest under this rowlatt act So the people of the india demanded to free the indian leaders and band the rowlatt act This anger of people also lead to the civil disobedience movement started to disobey the rules and regulations of the british with an voilence move.
