According to Euclid division lemma a=bq+r. ,whereas b>r<0 and also equal. a=bq+r ,where r=0,1,2,3 In first case a= bq+r when r =0 then, a=4q+0 a=4q. In second case when r=1 then, a=bq+r a=4q+1. In third case when r=2 then, a=bq+r a=4q+2. In last Case when r=3 then, a=bq+r a=4q+3.
