If force acting on a body is f then from Newton second law f=ma. If f =0 then a is also 0.It means if no force acting on a body then the body continues to be at rest or moving with uniform velocity. This newtons first law of motion. Now, if two body's is in contact then two force acting on it one is gravitational force and second is normal force. Fab=dpa/dt Fba=dpb/dt Adding both equation Fab +Fba=d(Pa+Pb) /dt Fab+Fba=o because there is no change of velocity in body. So, Fab= - Fba This is Newton third law of motion.
