  3. Their function was to look into the functioning of the constitutional system of India and suggest changes.
  4. The main reason for the protest against Simon Commission was that The Commission had no Indians. All members were British.
  5. When the Simon Commission came to India in 1928, it was greeted with the slogan 'Go Back Simon'.
