    As we know that, S= n/2(2a+(n-1)d). Then, 192 = 8/2 ( 2×3 + ( 8-1 ) d) , 192 = 24 + 56/2× d , 168 = 56/2 × d , 168× 2 = 56 d , 336/56 = d , 6 = d , So, the value of d is 6.
