We have, {tex}\angle{/tex}A = 45° and {tex}\angle{/tex}B = 70°
{tex}\therefore{/tex} {tex}\angle{/tex}A + {tex}\angle{/tex}B + {tex}\angle{/tex}C = 180o
{tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} 45o + 70o + {tex}\angle{/tex}C = 180o
{tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} {tex}\angle{/tex}C = 180o - 115o
{tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} {tex}\angle{/tex}C = 65o
Since the side opposite to the greatest angle is largest. Therefore, side AC is largest. The side opposite to the least angle is the smallest. So, side opposite to {tex}\angle{/tex}A i.e. side BC is the smallest.
