✴️construction :- amateure coil - it is rectangular coil wound over the soft iron core. ✴️ Field magnet =these are the two concave shape magnet poles in b/w armature coil be placed. ✴️ Slip ring =these are the two metallic ring S1 nd S2 from which two ends of armature coil ate connected. ✴️ Brushes =these are two metallic plates B1 nd B2 which are connected from s1 nd s2.

working = suppose coil is placed perpendicular to the field so, that area vector is ll to the magnetic field. if pQ moves downwards then by Fleming r8 hand rule direction of induced current is from Pto and Rto S in the coil. while in external circuit from B1 to B2. After half rotation PQ moves upward and by Fleming r8 rule direction of current in the coil is from Q to p and s to R. while in external circuit it is from B2 to B1 hence the obtain current is alternating in nature.

principle :- it is based on the fact that an emf is induced in the coil when there is charge in flux linked with the coil.
