Adolescence is a time of challenge when change for both teens and parents. When teens are at a stage in life where they are facing a multitude of pressing decisions like including about their friends, careers, ***, smoking, drinking, drugs and parental values. As a child begins when they enter adolescence, there appears to be a rise in conflict between the adolescent and parents. The goals are to hurt, as the teen feels hurt by others. When the above situations occur when many parents feel they are caught in a situation which is bad; it doesn't make any difference what to do, it still doesn't work. Parents and teens are further apart than ever, and both feel terrible. Nowadays parents do not take enough time, working and playing with their children. One reason that the struggle for control continues or heats up is that both parents and teens are human. When parents give up their control and then take it back. Teens act responsibly one weekend at the same time irresponsibly the next.
