The induced emf,
{tex}\varepsilon = - \frac{{d\phi }}{{dt}}{/tex}
{tex}\varepsilon = \frac{d}{{dt}}(BA\cos \phi )(\because \cos \phi = 1){/tex}
{tex} = \frac{{20 \times 100 \times 4 \times {{10}^{ - 4}}}}{{0.2}}{/tex} = 4 volt.
