This is because it is not possible to convert the hundred percent of heat energy into work done so we are not able to construct any type of engine which can provide a hundred percent work out of hundred percent of energy

A/c to 2nd law thermodynamics low grade of energy (heat) can't be completely tranformed into work energy.......and some amount of energy is losed by engine in form of HEAT
