Both aluminium and iron combine slowly with oxygen at room temperature. why is the rxn a problem for iron but not for aluminium?

Al forms an impervious coat of Al2O3 which protects the metal from further corrosion. In contrast iron forms iron rust (Fe2O3. xH2O) which flakes off exposing fresh surface to corrosion.

look chapter 4 of physics is easy... try to understand first then write derivation of ur own.. then check where u have done the mistake.. then write derivation from book approx 2 times.. hope it help. I am not gud in advising sry ??

Because iron ki reactivity jyada hoti h aluminum se so iron easily reaction krta h oxygen se and corrode ho jaata h
