Yes, Displacement can be zero. Also it can be negative.
No, displacement can not be greater than distance because displacement is the short distance covered.

I do not agree with Payal ,displacement can be zero but distance and displacement can never be negative.
Displacement will be zero if the initial and final position of the object is same.
