Focal length of eyepiece, fe = 6 cm
Magnifying power of the telescope in normal adjustment,(i.e. when the final image is formed at {tex}\infty{/tex})
M = {tex}- \frac { f _ { 0 } } { f _ { e } } = - \frac { 144 } { 6 } = - 24{/tex}
