Lok sabha-must be a citizen of india. Rajya sabha-must be a citizen of India. Lok sabha-must not be less than 25 yrs of age. Rajya sabha-must be atleast 30 yrs old Lok sabha-must be a voter for any parliamentary constitutionary in india. Rajya sabha-not be in a proclaimed criminal.
