Sahil thr director of garment company is planning to manufacture bags for the utilization of waste materials of one of his garment units he decided that his manufacturing unit will be setup in the rular area of odisa where people have less job opportunity and labour is available at very low rate . He also thaught of giving equal opportunity to men and women . For this he selected rehman a banergi herpreet kaur and rajesh and as head of sales , accounts , purchase and production department. The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth. In the meeting it was decided that there was a need for granting several exemptions to the Business Units already established. Similiarly ,they felt that with a view to setting up new Business Units the young men needed to be encouraged.
