Cardiovascular endurance: It is the ability of your heart, lungs blood vessels to supply oxygen to the muscles and ability of the muscles to utilize oxygen to allow sustained activity. It means a fit heart which can carry on the activity for a long period of time (i.e., working under conditions of fatigue) e.g. – cycling, jogging, swimming, etc.
