1. In the Karachi session of Congress in 1931 a resolution was made regarding the draft of Constitution of India and how should it be designed.
2. It should include Universal Adult Franchise, basic fundamental right to freedom and equality and it also aimed at protecting the interests of minorities’ of Independent India.
