On the other hand due to presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonds in ortho nittrophenol , the interaction between molecules are less and interaction within molecules are greater. And this causes less stability and lesser boiling point

In case of p-nitrophenol , the interaction between the molecules are much stronger due to intermolecular hydrogen bonds. And this result in more stability and thus higher boiling point.
