I think so new l1=l and l2= l+0.1l= 1.1l, r2=row(l.1)^2/v R2=1.21r1, R2-r1/r1 ×100, 1.21r1-r1×100=0.21×100= 21%.. i saw this in sl arora..

We know , R= pL/A ..so if we increase length by 10% i.e 0.1 then...the area of cross section will also decrease by 0.1 therefore , R= (0.1)pL/A/0.1....=> R = (0.01) p L / A....but esske baad mujhe nhi samjh aa rha kya hoga???
