Non- cooperation was basically a movement started by Gandhi and his followers against the british rule. This was a nationa wide movement against the britishers for not cooperating with their rules. This was one of the movements which shook the britishers and made them realize that their raj would not last longer. This act was established because of the massive destruction the had caused in the punjab province - JALLIANWALLA BAGH MASSACRE. It was the rowlatt satyagraha that made Gandhi a true national leader.
