  1. The period of the hour hand of clock, T = 12 hours = {tex}12 \times 60 \times 60{/tex} seconds
    Therefore,  Angular velocity of the hour hand of a clock,  {tex}\omega=\frac{2 \pi}{T}=\frac{2 \times 3.14}{12 \times 60 \times 60}{/tex}= 1.45 {tex}\times{/tex} 10-4 rad s-1

  2. The period of the second hand of clock, T = 1 minute = 60 seconds
Therefore, Angular velocity of the second hand of a clock {tex}\omega=\frac{2 \pi}{T}=\frac{2 \pi}{60}{/tex}= 0.105 rad s-1
