Because Belgium was divided in 3 regions that is France,Wallonia,and German.59%of people speaks Dutch ,41%of people speaks French,and 1%of German. WHILE in Brussels 80%of people speaks French and 20%of people speaks Dutch. French speaking people were more powerful than others and all the facilities, economic development and higher education was first given to them then the others

It was not much complex In belgium 59% were dutch and 40% were french 1% german speakers while in brussels it was opposite french were 80% and dutch were 20%
