1) Perimeter of ΔABE=a+b+c =5/2+11/4+18/5 =177/20cm 2)Perimeter of rectangle BCDE =2*(L+B) =2*(11/4+7/6) =2*(33+14/12) 47/6 Comparing (1) & (2)'s solution, we get 177/20 =LCM=60 177*3/20*3 & 47*10/6*10 531/60 > 470/60 So, Perimeter of ΔABE is greater than Perimeter of rectangle BCDE
