The crow is a symbol of darkness that is our mentality.in the beginning of the poem the poet eas very sad ,although snowfall is there but the poet was not able to write something.but a poisonous hemlock tree and a crow which are a symbol of darkness changes the poet mood.

Dust of Snow” by Robert Frost. Although this is a short, it is very powerful. The crow as a symbol represents death. This is heightened by the fact that the crow is in a hemlock tree, which also represents death
