We know that,
{tex}log(\frac{N}{N_\circ})=\frac{t}{t_\frac{1}{2}}\times log(\frac{1}{2}){/tex}
N = amount left after decay = 100 - 80 = 20
No= initial amount = 100
t = time for 80% completion reaction
half life = 25 minutes
Substitute all values in formula, we get
{tex}log(\frac{20}{100})=\frac{t}{25}\times log(\frac{1}{2})\\t=58 \ min.{/tex}
