Two charge of magnitudes +4q and -q are located at point (a,0) and (-3a,0). What is the electric flux due these charges througj a sphere of radius 2a with its center at the origin?

The sphere has a radius of 2a,,it implies that the sphere encloses the charge +4q which lies at (a,0) and not encloses -q which lies outside the sphere at (-3a,0).
Thus the net flux will be due to +4q and is given by 4q/€°.
{Flux is not affected by any charge present outside the domain of gaussian surface{
