We have the following equation,

{tex}3x^2-5x+2k=0{/tex}

Putting x = -2
3(-2)² - 5(-2) + 2k = 0
{tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} 12 + 10 + 2k = 0
{tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} 22 + 2k = 0
{tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} k = {tex}\frac{-22}{2}{/tex}

{tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} k = -11
