    2x^2-5x+3=0 2x^2/2-5x/2=-3/2 x^2-5x/2=-3/2 x^2-5x/2-5/2=-3/2+5/2 (x-5/2)^2=1 x-5/2=√1 x=+-(1+5/2) x=3.5 or x=(-1.5) Maybe this helps...
