The mean of 21 number is 15 if each number is multiplied by 2 . what will be the new mean

if each number is multiplied by 2 then old mean is also multiplied by 2

new mean = 2 x old mean

= 2 x 15 = 30

thus whatever arithmetic operations are done to each number , same operation is done to old mean to get the new mean
