aluminum is less reactive

Debjani Pradhan 5 years, 7 months ago

1) Aluminium is a good conductor of heat therefore when we wrap hot food in the aluminium foil it keeps the food warm. 2) Aluminium reacts with present O2 and forms a layer of aluminium oxide (Al2O3) on it. Once the lead is formed aluminium farther does not react with O2 and keeps the food safe from other possible reactions.
